HOURS OF OPERATION

Jeffco Flooring is open for business Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

PRICING POLICY

Jeffco Flooring will make every effort to maintain stable pricing, but we cannot guarantee against price increases due to manufacturer’s increases. Prices may change at any time.

INSPECTION OF MATERIALS

Jeffco manufacturers are among the best in the country, but occasionally a product may contain defects, miss-milling, grade, and or color deviation. The customer and or installer are responsible for verifying that the product is acceptable before installation. Once the product is applied, Jeffco Flooring will not accept responsibility. It is imperative that all products are inspected prior to installation. If a problem becomes evident at time of inspection, contact your Jeffco representative, and we will exchange the product or refund the customer.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Jeffco accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cashiers checks, and approved personal and business checks. Jeffco also offers local customers open account for up to 30 days. After credit application is approved, customers are allowed a 1% cash discount if invoice is paid in full by 15 days from invoice date, otherwise full amount is due 30 days from invoice. If a balance is due on the 25th of the month, a summary statement will be mailed to you.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Jeffco Flooring offers local jobsite delivery for up to 100 miles. Delivery charge is billed at .07 per square foot. If delivery destination is beyond 50 miles, we will schedule with others in that direction. This price includes trucking and placing material inside the structure and in the desired room if possible. We will not take flooring material up stairs unless coordinated in advance. For deliveries outside the 100 mile radius from Nashville, we will coordinate trucking through common carrier at discounted rates. Most of these shipments will be curbside deliveries.

RETURNS

Jeffco will accept material for return if in resalable condition and at the proper moisture content. Only “in stock” items may be returned and are subject to a 15% restock fee. Jeffco will not accept wood filler or floor finish for return.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Any “in stock” order may be cancelled before delivery without penalty. If, however, a special order is cancelled before delivery, customer deposit will be refunded less the manufacturer’s restock fee and return freight. If a “special order” is cancelled before processed by the manufacturer, full refund may be returned.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

If a Jeffco delivery truck causes property damage, or in the course of delivery, Jeffco personnel causes damage to customer’s property, notify your Jeffco representative immediately so Jeffco can gather information for a speedy resolution. If product is delivered by common carrier and product appears damaged, please note on bill of lading so we may start claim process with carrier.
