JFS is our signature prefinished line of flooring produced for us to extremely high standards by one of the finest manufacturing facilities in the country. This mostly Appalachian oak, if properly maintained, will outlast the home it is installed in. This micro-beveled premium solid oak product is coated with aluminum oxide enhanced finish and boasts a 50 year residential wear-through warranty. The sheen of the finish is slightly flatter than most which means wear will appear at a slower rate than similar products. The grade of lumber is comparable to common and better, so some knots and mineral streaks may be visible.
